Create case

Creating a support event with Atom Access is simple and fast. Here's how to do it:

  1. Log in to your Atom Access Account.
  2. Go to the tab Supporto or click on the speech bubble at the bottom right corner.
  3. Fill in a topic and describe how we can help you. Include links and screenshots if possible to make it clearer.
  4. Attach any files or images that may be relevant.

After you create a case, you will receive an email with a copy of the case. You can easily feedback by replying directly to the email without having to log in again. Each time we answer you, a summary of the entire case is attached, so you can easily follow the conversation and see previous responses.

With an Enterprise Support Agreement, you can manage multiple sites within one WordPress Multi-Site Solution. When you create a support ticket, it is always done under the name of the main company. Learn more about how it works when you're in charge of multiple sites.
