Billing

We bill for support contracts, including any additional services, every three months, with an invoice fee of 99 SEK. For projects, we invoice according to quotation, without invoice fee. If you want to pay by invoice Creative Access, please contact your facilitator.

• Smaller projects are usually invoiced after work is completed.
• Major projects billed in several stages: start-up, delivery and launch, often divided into three parts.
• We also offer instalment in 12 months with 10% interest.

All invoices are sent through Fortnox Invoice Service, and reminders are handled by them. You can always see the status of your invoice via Fortnox Min invoice onto https://minfaktura.fortnox.se.

You can avoid invoice fee and save time by paying access plans with your credit card, or enable Direct Debit for your support agreement.
