Response time
We are available for support during working hours, weekend free weekdays, between 08:00 and 17:00. Usually we respond within an hour, but in some cases it may take longer depending on the nature of the case.
Response times according to our terms and conditions:
- Troubleshooting: Start no later than the next weekend-free weekday, with the intention of starting as soon as possible.
- Complaints: Our goal is to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, but in some cases we may need up to seven working days depending on the complexity of the case.
Our priority is to provide fast and efficient support, but for more complex cases these timeframes apply according to our terms and conditions.
