Multiple websites

If your organization uses a WordPress Multi-Site Solution your support agreement may cover multiple sites within the same network. With a Enterprise Support Agreement you can therefore be responsible for multiple websites, even if they have different domains but share the same technical basis.

When you create a support event in our portal, it always takes place under Name of the main companyNot necessarily the company you represent. Therefore, when logging in, you can see the company name of the main company instead of your specific company.

In addition, it is possible that you are not registered as the main contact person in the system. If you need to know who is the main contact for your contract, you can easily find that information in the portal under company details on the Overview page, and contact the person if necessary.
