Update company details

It's important to keep your company details up to date to ensure invoices and communications reach the right person. Through Atom Access, you can easily update your data directly from your account. Please note that only the main contact in an account can update company information.

Here's how to do it:

  1. Log in to your Atom Access Account.
  2. Click on your name at the top of the page and select “Profile” from the menu.
  3. During the episode “Account” you can update the following:
    • Organization number
    • Address
    • Domain
    • Invoice email
    • Payment method
    • Shortcode
  4. Save your changes by clicking “Save”.

The changes will take effect immediately, and you can come back at any time to adjust your details again.
