E-invoice

We offer payment via e-invoice for our support agreements and extensions. By updating to e-invoice, you avoid the invoice fee, and the payment is deducted monthly, spreading out the cost.

To switch to e-invoice:

  • Update payment method on the page Supporto, or on your account details.
  • Click Modify and choose e-invoice as a payment method and fill in the necessary details.
  • Click Save to activate e-invoicing.
  • The change takes place at the next monthly change or payment period.

We recommend e-invoicing for most customers, and encourage you to switch if you pay by invoice today.
