Support matters

Our customers can easily create support requests through Atom Access. You can choose Supporto in the menu, or click on the speech bubble at the bottom right. When you create a case, specify a topic and describe how we can help you. You can also attach files such as images and documents to provide more detail.

Number of support requests per month:

  • Basics: 2 cases
  • CMS: 4 cases
  • Businessweek: 8 cases
  • The Enterprise: According to quotation

Technical errors do not count towards the number of cases per month. These apply only to general assistance. We distinguish between technical errors and general assistance, where in general assistance we only provide advice or assistance but do not perform any work. Technical errors are corrected without affecting the number of cases.
