End of Credits
Atom Access makes it easy to keep track of your credits and know when it's time to top up. You can always see your current credit balance directly in your portal, where you can see how many credits you have left and how many you have in your plan.
When the credits start to run out
If your credits start to run out, it's easy to top up to ensure you have enough time for future services and support. You have the following options:
- Fill in the same plan: You can buy more credits by choosing the same plan you already have. This does not apply to the STARTER plan which gives 5 free credits. The STARTER plan cannot be renewed for 5 new free credits.
- Upgrade to a larger plan: If you expect an increased need for support or services, you can upgrade to a larger plan. When you buy a larger plane, the hourly rate for your credits will be lower, giving you more value for money.
If you have a balance left over, it will be replenished when you upgrade your plan. Due dates are also renewed according to your last purchase, even if you have credits left over from the previous purchase. Please note that it may take a while for your credits to be updated in Atom Access.
Flexibility in your plans
- Flex Plane: If you have a Flex plan, you can consider switching to a Plus plan at any time.
- Plus plan: With the Plus plan, you subscribe to credits, which means you get access to ongoing strategic services month by month. Read more about the Plus plan.
