How Credits Work
Credits in Atom Access make it easy to purchase services and manage support requests without having to think about individual invoices. Credits act as an internal currency that you can use for various services and support within Atom Access.
How does that work?
- Buy credits: You can purchase credits directly through your Atom Access Portal. 1 credit equals 15 minutes of work time, and you can buy credits in blocks as small as 15 minutes, giving you maximum flexibility.
- Using credits: Credits are used to pay for services that are not covered by your support agreement, such as specific updates to your website or other services outside of technical maintenance. All technical maintenance is included in your support contract, so you never have to pay for it with credits.
- The value of credits: The value of credits is directly linked to the time we spend handling your case. If you need help with something outside of technical maintenance, such as design changes or advanced features, credits will be deducted from your balance depending on how long the task takes.
Why should you buy credits?
- Time in small blocks: A big advantage of credits is that you can buy time in blocks as small as 15 minutes. This means you pay for exactly the time you need, without committing to large packages.
- Agility and flexibility: Credits allow you to manage smaller cases and special assignments smoothly, without having to handle separate invoices for each request.
- Support Agreement Coverage: All technical maintenance is included in your support agreement and does not require any credits. Credits are only used for extra services that fall outside of general maintenance or if you need specific help beyond asking questions or basic support.
Visit your Atom Access portal to purchase or manage your credits and make sure you always have enough credits for extra services when needed.
