Buy Credits

Buying credits through Atom Access is easy and easy. Credits are purchased through our various access plans, depending on your need for services and support.

How to buy credits:

1. Log in to your Atom Access Account.
2. Go to the tab Creativo or yours overview and choose the access plan that suits you best.
3. Choose your payment method — it's easiest to pay with a debit or credit card. Contact your facilitator if you need to pay by invoice (+99 kr).
4. Once the purchase is completed, your credits will be allocated directly to your account. Please note that it may take a few hours for your credit status to be updated. This is normal, as we update the system manually.
5. If you have a balance left over, it will be replenished when you upgrade your plan. Due dates are also renewed according to your last purchase, even if you have credits left over from the previous purchase.

• FLEX credits: Buy credits when needed with full flexibility.
• PLUS credits: Subscribe to credits every month and receive ongoing assistance and strategic services.

You can always upgrade or change planes when your need changes. Your credit balance and all current plans can be easily managed through your account.
