Validity period of access plans

Each access plan has a validity period of 12 months from the date of purchase and is not automatically renewed. You can see when your plan goes out on the page Creativo in your account. If the plan expires without renewal, you will lose your credits. We monitor all plans and contact you well in advance before your plan expires, so you have the opportunity to renew it before credits are lost.
