Time Reports

Time reporting gives you full visibility into how your credits are used and brings total transparency to our cooperation. We send monthly, detailed time reports so you always know what we've done, when we've done it, and how your credits have been spent — no surprises.

Our time reports include information about which projects we worked on, specific tasks, who has done the work and when. The reports are delivered monthly, but you can also download them at any time via Atom Access under Reports.

Please note that we do not send time reports on smaller orders through the support portal. Time reports are valid for purchases of 30 credits or more per month unless otherwise agreed.
